He scored a thunderous 163 to help Australia win the World Test Championship, a scorching 109 to announce his comeback from injury, and a masterful 137 to help Australia win their sixth ODI World Cup trophy. Ricky Ponting, the World Cup-winning batsman and legendary Australian, has a great deal of respect for the Adelaide-born opener, so much so that Ponting recently declared Head to be one of the best up-and-coming players in men’s international cricket across all formats.
