Well-known motivational speaker and social media influencer Vivek Bindra has been accused of domestic violence against his wife Yanika, with whom he married on December 6. According to reports, on December 14, his brother-in-law, Vaibhav Kwatra, filed a case against Vivek Bindra at Noida’s Sector 126 police station.
Police claim that the incident occurred in Sector 94 of Noida, at the Supernova West Residency, where Bindra and Yanika stay. The complaint was filed under sections 323, 504, 427, and 325 of the IPC by Vaibhav Kwatra, Yanika’s brother.

Bindra and his mother, Prabha, reportedly got into a heated argument on December 7. When Bindra’s wife, Yanika, tried to mediate the situation, Bindra allegedly physically assaulted her. In the complaint, Yanika’s brother claimed that Bindra had verbally and physically abused his sister while locking her in the room, leaving Yanika with noticeable scars on her body.
Bindra reportedly damaged her phone and suffered an ear injury that caused hearing loss; she is reportedly receiving treatment in a hospital.

Maheshwari shared a video on his channel called “Big Scam Expose” that included student testimonials claiming they were tricked by Bindra’s company. Bindra, on the other hand, has denied all of the allegations.
